Cancellation Policy

We are committed to supplying only the best, highest quality products to our customers.  While we hope that you are always satisfied with your CosPlus order, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product.  If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.

All and any cancellation(s) is at the discretion of CosPlus.

A cancellation, refund or return must meet these terms and conditions under consumer law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010)

  1. If you order a product and need to cancel the order before the order is shipped to you, these conditions must be met. If a valid reason is given for a cancellation (E.g change of address, no one will be at home at the time of shipping etc)  and the cancellation is requested prior to the item being shipped CosPlus shall offer a full refund of the order. The refund shall be sent to the same credit card, debit card or PayPal account associated with the order number supplied with the refund request.

If your purchase contained more than one item, the entire transaction will need to be cancelled – you can’t cancel individual parts of an order.

If CosPlus has already posted your order, or if we don’t accept your cancellation request, you’ll need to wait until you receive the item and then start a return.

Warranty and Returns Policy

Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 30 days of receipt to receive a full refund. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you must notify us by email or phone. You will be given instructions for returning the product and receiving a refund or replacement. You must return the product in its original packing material and it must be in its original condition. When we receive the product and the conditions of the returns policy have been met, you will receive a full refund or a replacement (at our cost). Refunds will be applied to the account you paid us from.

If we find that the conditions of the returns policy have not been met (for example, if the product is not defective) no refund or replacement will be provided.

Please choose your products carefully as we can not refund or exchange products that you have ordered incorrectly. If you receive an incorrect package or product please contact us.
